This is an incident update involving our recently automated backup tool. Regrettably, during the backup creation process, some data was unintentionally deleted, compromising the integrity of the backup files generated as well.
As a result of this incident, certain user account data have been affected. We are currently in the process of identifying the impacted accounts individually and promptly notifying the affected users regarding the situation.
